WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Assess the workplace culture for gaps in living out the Franciscan Alliance mission and values, formulate a strategy to close those gaps and identify metrics for measuring the strategy’s success.
  • Design and facilitate experiences for employees, physicians, and volunteers to find meaning in their work.
  • Develop and manage one or multiple departmental budgets, including making budget allocations, approving expenditures and ensuring expenses are within budget.
  • Make decisions for direct reports in one or multiple departments and performs people management activities such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews.
  • Plan events and implement activities such as values celebrations, and develop and lead blessings and rituals when requested.
  • Supervise managers or supervisors within one or multiple departments and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.
  • Leadership will be over the following areas; Mission Integration, Volunteer Services, CareLinks Transportation, and the Gift Shop.
  • Coordinates and supports devlopment of the Community Health Needs Assessment.
  • Supervises community benefit programming.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Prior leadership experience within Catholic Healthcare.
  • Knowledgeable of Not-for-Profit agencies in the community.
  • Service Excellence.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Lead and coach others.
  • Show sincere interest in others and their concerns.
  • Supervisory and team leadership skills, including coaching, engaging and developing coworkers.
  • Strategic thinking.
