WHAT WE NEED

Detail-Oriented Transformation Specialist who is willing to travel between our Northern Indiana facilities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This position will require travel between our Northern Indiana facilities (up to 75%).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for the deployment of the Franciscan Transformation System (FTS) across the system.
  • Plan, organize, and implement Lean Six Sigma activities to assist in achieving long and short term goals and objectives of the department and of the organization.
  • Lead and facilitate sanctioned continuous improvement activities, such as, projects, workshops, and Rapid Improvement Events (RIE).
  • Share expertise on Operational Excellence tools and techniques including problem solving, Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, facilitation, Kaizen, Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI), Strategy Deployment (SD), Value Stream Transformation (VST), and others as appropriate.
  • Deliver substantial documented and verified value for the facilities working with.
  • Work with finance to quantify ROI.
  • Use Lean strategy deployment to advance the organization’s ability to meet and exceed key strategic initiatives.
  • Support training activities of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Work with teams to create standard work, and oversees the sustainment of the standard work.
  • Comply with System policies and with System compliance rules and regulations.
  • Keep direct supervisor regularly informed of project status, especially the most important high-leverage action items.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Meet quality standards and the production of expected deliverables during all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry and terminology.
  • Knowledge of analysis methodology, principles, and procedures.
  • Excellent skills in consulting, group process facilitation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management skills including project time, scope and cost management.

3-5 Years Experience

License(s):

Certification(s): Certified Black Belt or Lean Silver
