WHAT WE NEED

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Shared Service Education team at Franciscan Alliance designs, develops, and delivers training and development programs to all levels of end users to enable them to effectively use the processes, applications and tools required to perform their jobs. This position partners with Communities of Expertise (COE), Business Partners (BP), end users and application groups to analyze training needs and design documentation, classes, workshops, and computer-based training to support Franciscan Alliance. The Educator delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles. This position provides a set of products and services that enable Franciscan to collect, organize, and access various types of knowledge.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Perform learner, goal and task analysis in order to define appropriate training solutions and identify any non-training issues.
  • Audit and reviews workflows and/or accounts/records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Franciscan Alliance Educators to create data, analyze and develop the Master Training Environment.
  • Work with the training staff and end users to evaluate the overall effectiveness of data in the training environments and act on recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct analysis and use industry-standard practices to create a concept for layout and presentation of information in a way that takes into consideration users’ specific needs and mental paths.
  • Deliver administration in support of learning events, which may include registration services, train-the-trainer sessions, or use of vendor-provided products and services.
  • Assist in the training and development of training staff.
  • Deliver classroom instruction to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
  • Design and develop complex tools that measure and record the students’ mastery of learning objectives using industry standard development principles.
