ROLE DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE

The HR Business Partner Lead supports execution of the human capital strategy across their division/service lines(s) / customer group(s). The HRBP helps deliver HR solutions to the business; solutions include, but are not limited to, organization development and effectiveness, change management, talent management and development, workforce planning, succession management, diversity and inclusion, coworker wellness.  This position supports Franciscan Health Western Indiana hospitals.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES
  • Support Admin HR Director of Western Indiana in the operations and administration of various HR programs and processes throughout the organization
  • Manage logistics of various business and HR meetings
  • Participate in various business HR projects
  • Participate as a member of the business HR team on such things as meetings, group initiatives, covers for teammates during vacations, provides timely and accurate responses to all stakeholders
  • Operate all areas of responsibility with strong business ethics and integrity
  • Support HR Leadership Team, as needed, to successfully deliver HR services
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Three (3) years of organizational effectiveness or human resources experience
  • Experience working in a HR function with a shared service delivery and strategic business partner model preferred
  • Experience working with business and HR leaders
  • Proficient project management skills 
     
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Capability to extract required information from enterprise-wide HR software, preferably Workday and other ERP systems
  • Strong ability to meet client needs by focusing on the customer service process
  • Establish networks and build alliances that promote cross-functional collaboration
