Organized Digital Content Specialist

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Digital Content Specialist assists in building and producing digital content for the Franciscan website. It’s a digital marketing job with the bonus of knowing you are helping others receive high quality healthcare.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate/update all physician/provider profiles to ensure brand and content consistency; conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate/update all facility locations on website to ensure brand and content consistency; conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate/update all events on website to ensure brand and content consistency.
  • Coordinate with Content Manager the content on facility/location pages, including style consistency and SEO improvements.
  • Communicate with internal departments (Medical Staff office, office managers) about data changes or requirements.
  • Manage all search engine (Google, Bing) listings (including reputation management/service recovery).
  • Triage and coordinate responses, including service recovery, from website’s Contact Us Form.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

  • Web content marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to apply strict attention to detail (grammar, spelling, style guidelines) a must!
  • Passion for web/digital copywriting.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills, Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly
  • Fluent knowledge in HTML.
  • Strong project management or organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Content Management Systems.
  • Effectively and creatively communicate information and ideas.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
