This position will support Mission Integration and Marketing. Preference will be given to candidates who know Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sharepoint and web design.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Act as liaison between the President, Senior Management/Corporate and Regional Staff, government agencies, and hospital employees.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the office.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Adapt to high volume and high stress areas.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
  • Modify behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes.
  • Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Maintain composure, even in very difficult situations.
  • Basic computer software, hardware, and communication devices to perform tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
