WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ambulatory Pharmacy Practices are a rapidly growing area of clinical pharmacy services. Without the direction of a hands-on Manager it would be hard to get the job done. This team player helps improve population health, implement serivces and much more. If you love ambulatory pharmacy practice, this job is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ambulatory Pharmacy Practices including; Pharmacotherapy Clinics, Anticoagulation Clinics, Refill Clinics and Ambulatory Pharmacy Practices within Franciscan Alliance.
  • Coordinates staff development, training and analyzing and/or developing policies and procedures for ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Assists with preparation of annual budget, quality assurance programs and performs regulatory audits.
  • Direct, control and maintain areas of operation.
  • Maintain responsibility for inter- and intra-department communication, special projects and services.
  • Coordinate compliance with HFAP, State and Federal agencies for assigned areas.
  • Promote professional self-development.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Meets all requirements of an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, families, staff, and doctors.
  • Exercise tact and good judgement in dealing with people of varied personalities and maintain good working with other departments.


 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 

 

3-5 Years Experience

License(s): Indiana Registered Pharmacist

Certification(s): BCACP - Board Certified Ambulatory Pharmacist
