WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Oversee security, system management and configuration, table and folder structure, and Uniform Dimension Maintenance for the Kaufman Hall Axiom Suite of products, including Budgeting, Planning, and Capital Management.  
  • Support and lead system projects and upgrade requests, including gathering requirements, designing and developing system upgrades, and coordinating testing, training, and implementation.  
  • Serve as a key resource to building and developing advanced costing models including data integration and data governance.  
  • Prepare and review variance analysis, research financial irregularities and use the analysis to develop recommendations to improve cost accounting/decision support activities.
  • Use technology to improve processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Serve as a strategic partner working with divisions and IT to address reporting and analytics needs, inquiries and issues. 
  • Produce (scheduled and ad-hoc) reports to support FA finance and accounting teams; produce productivity reports.
  • Build financial reports for management, system consolidation, and executives to be used across the system for Hospital, Physician, and Support Service needs.  
  • Support and lead system projects and upgrade requests, including gathering requirements, designing and developing system upgrades, and coordinating testing, training, and implementation.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Prior finance experience in a financial systems role.
  • Prior experience in healthcare finance or information systems preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills: effective communicator, self-starter, and adaptable.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Domain expertise in financial systems or working with wide-scale ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and other financial planning & reporting software.

5-10 Years Experience

License(s):

Certification(s): Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
