Revenue Cycle Leader

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At Franciscan, our Vice President of Revenue Cycle oversees Franciscan Alliance's end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.  They will provide strategic direction in the development of critical revenue cycle management initiatives/goals, develop and monitor
adherence to Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements, and lead and manage key revenue cycle management projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Enhance and maintain a properly functioning revenue cycle process through a cross-organizational and cross-departmental structure and ensure the deliver of high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate revenue cycle performance and other important matters in a meaningful and proactive way.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance revenue cycle operations to drive best practice performance.
  • Serve as an expert in compliant billing and revenue cycle management matters of high complexity. 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including clinical, financial, legal/regulatory, managed care, other System and Divisional Leadership, and with payers and revenue cycle vendor partners to ensure an effective revenue cycle management structure.
  • Provide direction, strategic vision, and administrative alignment to all revenue cycle management leaders.
  • Identify, develop and implement initiatives that continue to improve the patient revenue cycle experience.

 

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance Required
  • Master's Degree (MBA, MHA) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years Progressive centralized revenue cycle experience in a large health system with a proven record of performance.
  • Prior experience in effectively managing teams and supervising staff.
  • EPIC Certified required
