WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Healthcare practices must make decisions based on potential risk every day. Those decisions are based on recommendations from risk managers who can accurately identify and measure risk. This position requires the ability to monitor current risks with an eye on ways to control or reduce that risk. Think you’ve got what it takes?

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Coordinate all aspects and activities related to risk identification, evaluation, reporting and correlation within assigned area. 
  • Analyze, investigate and report actual as well as potential risks in the practices. 
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures, programs and other methods to avoid reduce or minimize losses.  
  • Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week patient safety and risk management issues.

  • Ability to follow well-defined instructions and comply with regulations, standards and procedures.

  • Considerable knowledge of investigation techniques.  
  • Show good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
