WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Data, reports, and analytics help support so many areas of our business office. We need a report writer who can keep us up and running. Someone who can pull data and deliver well-designed information. This person will oversee the implementation of reporting for the Shared Services team serving the HR, Finance and Supply Chain service lines, manage the needs identification and analysis process and implement reporting process workflows. Do you have technical experience? Are you good at working with vendors and staff to assist with application support, upgrades & implementation? Do you have experience supporting business applications? If you answered yes, we’ve got a great opportunity for you. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Write reports using report writing tools such as Reporting Workbench and Crystal Reports.
  • Perform reporting needs assessments; analyze information needs and data availability.
  • Implement practice management reporting processes.
  • Work with executives and leadership to understand information needs for practice management functions.
  • Coordinate reporting tasks with end-users.
  • Test reports to ensure information is accurate and that it meets customer expectations.
  • Lead projects to implement processes, procedures, applications, and tools related to the delivery of reports.
  • Follow established reporting process workflows to deliver both standard and on-demand reports.
  • Monitor the application website for new standard vendor delivered reports.
  • Maintain an internal repository of reporting documentation such as process documentation and report libraries.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Prior Information technology experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with activities, tools and techniques for converting business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
  • Strong working knowledge of relational databases, query languages, vendor applications, Crystal reports, etc.
  • Manage multiple priorities.
  • Solve problems by analyzing information and using logic to address issues and problems.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex quantitative information.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Spreadsheet development and management.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
