WHAT WE NEED

Patient care supervisor

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Patients of all ages may require therapy and care. It is important that our clinical staff accurately determine the therapy needs for each patient and that they provide that care properly, pleasantly and efficiently. Our Therapy Services Supervisor ensures the patient care meets quality standards, runs smoothly, and addresses each individual patient’s needs accurately.

 

Are you a good team leader? Are you able to accurately follow treatment plans and ensure others do the same? Are you a pleasant caretaker? Your skills are needed here. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support clinical staff in determining therapy needs for each patient, monitor productivity, coordinate inventory and supply needs, and track data.
  • Assist with coordination of department procedures and processes and interact with all other therapy departments and outside referral sources.
  • Assist with interviewing and make recommendations for new hires.
  • Audit current care and practice to achieve high-quality patient care outcomes.
  • Coordinate preparation of budget and analyze budget variances for assigned areas.
  • Monitor cost accounting, productivity and charging systems for assigned areas.
  • Participate in the development implementation and evaluation of age appropriate standards of care for assigned areas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

3-5 Years Experience

License(s): Physical Therapist

Certification(s): Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Travel: Never or Rarely
