WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’ve all had good customer service experiences. Often these people make the difference in you wanting to become a repeat customer and recommending a store or restaurant – or hospital or health center – to your friends and family. The good customer care associate handles requests and complaints efficiently and pleasantly. They thrive on ending each call knowing they did their best and helped someone. It’s not the job for everyone – because not everyone has what it takes.

Have you been told you have a great voice? Are you good at keeping track of conversation details and recording notes? Do you love figuring out how to best resolve a problem? We’d love to put your positivity to work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests including registration, POS (area specific) and other services as required.
  • Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
  • Basic math skills, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
  • Maintain composure, even in very difficult situations.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Follow directions as communicated in a variety of ways.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Reading comprehension.
  • Time management.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Certification(s): Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation; First Aid
