Our IS Quality Assurance and Testing Coordinator provides software quality assurance services for projects and systems within the Franciscan Alliance Information Services architecture. It’s the sort of job that needs a detailed eye and a knack for problem solving.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Continuously monitor service transition quality and testing processes.
  • Design and plan testing conditions, test scripts and test data sets to ensure adequate coverage and control.
  • Determine functional gaps between new and existing applications, tools and functionality.
  • Facilitate business user discussions to identify the requirements for Franciscan Alliance applications functionality and workflow.
  • Participate in and facilitate Franciscan Alliance applications workflow design and system build.
  • Identify and respond to complex changes in service offerings and processes.
  • Identify gaps, errors, changes that could introduce quality inefficiencies and pose a potential risk to the organization.
  • Identify the criteria needed for service validation, quality assurance, and testing solutions.
  • Regularly coordinate with business departments to suggest improvements to system use and processes.
  • Work as a liaison for the service transition team and guide the organization on delivering changes into the service structure.
