Targeting summer 2020, Franciscan Alliance is implementing a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, Workday. This internship will be a unique opportunity for a student to participate first-hand in this organizational implementation from the perspective of our Human Resources Project Lead. This summer, we hope to engage a graduate intern in the integrated testing phase and user experience assessment. If you're interested in this once in a lifetime opportunity, keep reading below! 

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Collaborate with our HR Project Lead to manage the HR workstream in the integrated testing process, inlcuding a variety of HR-related programs (absence tracking, talent management, etc.). 
  • Parter with our IT integration departments to implement changes as determined by user experience testing.
  • Manage relationships with IT partners throughout the testing and implementation.
  • Serve as liaison between HR Project Lead decisions and the support teams who manage back-end changes.  
  • Design instructional text within the tool. 
  • Work alongside our HR Project Lead, who will serve as the Primary for the final stages of the implementation, User Acceptance Testing. 
  • Prepare presentations and notes as necessary for project progression.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

Preferred Experience: 1-3 Years Experience in IT, human resources, and/or project management

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, Human Resources acumen, User Testing

 

Travel: Never or Rarely
