A strong partner to help shape and shepherd healthcare specific capabilities requires a special balance of skills. The Strategic Business Relationship Manager for our large physician network must be able to collect, analyze, review and communicate business needs and requirements between Information Technology (IT)  and our Business Partners.  Think you’re up for the challenge?

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Partners with operational business leaders, collaboratives and executive leadership to converge business and IT strategy and standard enterprise solutions
  • Assists business partners in understanding the impact and extent of proposed changes associated with new IT solutions and/or workflows.
  • Works collaboratively with business leaders in understanding FAIS business processes and requests to ensure internal controls and requirements are met through business case documentation, ROI, etc.  
  • Thorough understanding of business leaders, collaboratives and executive leadership's strategic plans so they can partner with internal IS resources to align and tie together short and long term goals.
  • Keeps apprised of FAIS strategic initiatives and projects to ensure they convey to their business partners and leaders the goals and accomplishments. 
  • Assists business partners and IS leadership in negotiating clearing agreements with vendors, internal departments and outside service providers.
  • Be a point of contact for business leaders to understand business problems and discuss IT solutions.

  • Ambulatory experience beneficial 
  • Experience working in an Epic healthcare environment also beneficial

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

5-10 Years Experience

Certification(s): BRM Professional Certification within six months of employment and BRM certified within 18 months of employment 

Travel: Up to 50%
