Program Design and Delivery Leader

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Developing complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects is no small task. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Contribute to the technology vision and planning process that evaluates existing application assets and staffing.
  • Lead the development of policies, procedures and standards for healthcare IT solutions, implementation and support.
  • Assure understanding and adherence of standard enterprise Project Management practices, and ensure a best in class Program Management Office including staff competencies, project intake and reporting.
  • Deliver Business Relationship Management (BRM) resources to assure alignment with organizational strategy and operational partnership to drive requests and enhancements.
  • Publish weekly updates on organizational capacity and status reports for key critical projects.
  • Participate in development of governance frameworks, value metrics and staff performance metrics.
  • Assure the delivery of multi-modal training programs including training staff competencies, proficiency and efficiency evaluations and end user satisfaction surveys.
  • Partner with IS Leaders, Franciscan Transformation Leadership and Executive Leaders to maintain trusted relationships and ensure efficient completion of organizational objectives including value and benefit reporting.
  • Responsible for helping present new opportunities to the organization as it relates to business objectives. 
  • Communicate IT plans, policies, and technology trends throughout the organization; build and nurture collaborative supporting relationships across the health system; and encourage, promote and advocate staff to ensure integration of new processes across all departments.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Prior experience progressively responsible technology leadership roles.
  • Experience in an executive management capacity.
  • Experience leading large-scale deployment and optimization projects.
  • Proven experience in the health care industry.
  • Knowledge of IT Standards, Procedures, and Policies.
  • Service Excellence.
  • Supervisory and team leadership skills, including coaching, engaging and developing employees.
  • Product and Vendor Evaluation.
  •  Strategic Leadership skills.
