WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Organizational and Staff Business Capability Readiness Specalist is a vital part of our Education team by assisting the organization through the use of coaching, mentoring and training, to move from a fee for service model to a value-based person-centered continuum. If you like working as part of a team, this job has it all.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Impacting Organizational Capability-the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to drive organizational performance and operational results.
  • Upskilling and reskilling of the workforce. 
  • Facilitate change connecting people, processes and work Shift individuals, teams and the organization from current state to a future state.
  • Focus on improving organization capability through alignment of strategy, structure, people, processes, rewards and metrics.
  • Develop a consultative, 2-way relationship with management and coworkers facilitating change and business improvement.
  • Analyze root causes of performance issues and design and develop solutions.
  • Develop partnerships with Human Resources, managers and front-line leaders to assure processes are aligned with the organizations mission and goals.
  • Measure, collect, analyze data in real-time to affect learning and performance enabling the talent development function to leverage achievement of organizational goals.
  • Develop a foundation or enabling abilities to be effective in the business world.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Prior Organizational Development and Training experience.
  • Adult Education.
  • Knowledge of multimedia authoring tools.
  • Needs assessment and analysis.
  • Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Maintain composure, even in very difficult situations.
  • Service Excellence.
  • Critically evaluate and analyze information in written materials.
  • Show sincere interest in others and their concerns.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Persuasively present thoughts and ideas.
  • Project Management.
  • Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements.
  • Conduct research and present findings.
  • Training and facilitation.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Predictive Index.
