Detail-orientated Treasury Analyst

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Supporting the coordination of Franciscan treasury and debt-related functions is no small task. This position requires a certain skill set of monitoring cashflow, compiling data, reporting and much more.  If you’ve got the desire to make a change and are looking for a special place to work, this is the job for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Prepare the company's daily cash position, process ACH and wires, troubleshoot suspects, and reconciling ACH debits.  
  • Forecast, monitor and track cashflow (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Maintain cash management, debt and swap payment-related spreadsheets
  • Maintain debt private use related spreadsheets
  • Act as a liaison between our financial institutions and internal departments to assist with banking matters, banking portals, set up new users and accounts, reconcile account activity, and any other matters relating to cash management
  • Administer intercompany funding requirements and assist with reconciliations.
  • Support the merchant and commercial card programs including onboarding, document preparation, PCI compliance and other activities as required.
  • Retrieve and save monthly bank statements from various banking portals.
  • Analyze banking fees for accuracy.
  • Compile data for monthly accrual spreadsheet.
  • Review and process invoices for payment.
  • Respond to audit inquiries.
  • Help identify and implement strategies to maximize efficiencies in treasury operations, safeguard assets and minimize costs, including initiating banking RFP’s
  • Assist with project assignments and financial reporting.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Treasury/Cash Management experience.
  • Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance and Business principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong technological and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound judgment in dealing with cash and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, team player and have ability to handle multiple projects at once.
