WHAT WE NEED

Pharmacists as members of multi-disciplinary care team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our clinical staff pharmacists go beyond accurately filling prescriptions. Our pharmacists are part of a team focused on providing exceptional patient care. We need pharmacists who can also provide advice, who use their knowledge of the patient and disease states to identify and resolve medication-related issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provides clinical oversight to pharmacy staff and assistance to multi-discliplinary team members.
  • Communicates with patient, physician, nursing staff and other team members regarding patient status, response to therapy, clinical objectives
  • Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of patient’s plan of care, along with all associated communications
  • Supervises sterile compounding and QA program activities
  • Order medications and monitoring according to protocol.
  • Reviews prescriptions and orders for accuracy and compliance with regulatory agencies.
