Our Hiring Process

We understand that pursuing, securing and accepting a new position requires a lot of hard work, and is a hard decision, on the part of our candidates. And we know how crucial it is – for you and for us – to find the right match between our mission, your skills and our needs.

Our approach to adding new members to our team is thoughtful and through. Our review process for applicants is because we are committed to finding top talent for our organization.

Application Status

You may check the status of your application(s) at any given time by logging in here.

Our team of recruiters review applications for our posted positions and contact candidates for screening and possible interviews. It is important for you to check your email for any communication sent to you. Selected candidates are contacted for screening and possible interview.

  • Step 1: Submit Application

Applications are only accepted online through the link for each posting. You will be asked to upload your resume (if applicable) and will have the option to upload a cover letter as well. Once you complete the online application, you will receive an email notification confirming that we received your application. You will also receive two additional emails that will ask you to complete our Predictive Index and reference processes.

  • Step 2: Interview

The interview process is your chance to share your accomplishments, learnings, and motivations with us. It is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us to ensure you are making a good career decision.

When bringing new talent to Franciscan Alliance, we embrace a collaborative decision-making process. We conduct a series of interviews that may include human resources recruiters, hiring leaders and peer teams. Candidates should be prepared to provide examples from their experience to highlight their knowledge, skills, abilities and work ethic. We also want you to ask us questions so that you better understand the job, expectations and our culture. Come prepared to the interview with your list of questions for us. We encourage you to review this site to learn more about us and our and values.

  • Step 3: Job Offer

Once a team decision has been made, a Human Resources Recruiter will contact the chosen candidate and extend an offer of employment. This is usually also presented with an official offer letter that can be accepted by logging into our career site.

  • Step 4: Onboarding

At acceptance, we schedule all pre-employment appointments, explain the online paperwork that will need to be completed and review the orientation process. We also complete all required background checks and drug testing. More details are provided in the interview packet that you are provided.
